Welcome to holographic living and loving for it truly is your path of understanding to your ultimate freedom and awakening.
Rarely does the human mind consider anything to be holographic. Most people’s first experience with it came from the original release of the movie Star Wars, in which the robot R2D2 projected a holographic video of Princess Leia as she pleaded for someone to come to her rescue.
Even then, the concept and understanding of what holography is simply went over the heads of most viewers. The ones that did not miss the understanding or the ramifications of holography are the quantum physicists and spiritual students and teachers. They grasped the understanding of the holographic whole as it relates to the seen and unseen realms.
What is Holography?
If you search out a definition of “hologram” or “holography” it refers only to a three-dimensional projection of an image or video projected by a laser. On a grander scale, however, a hologram is a way of understanding that the whole is not the sum of its parts, but instead, the part is not separate, nor can it ever be separated from the unified whole. The part is simply a small representation of that unified whole.
This is why quantum physicists state that the universe is one giant hologram. A wonderful example of how a perceived individual unit is simply a part of the unified whole comes from Michael Talbot’s book, The Holographic Universe, in which he states that,
“If a piece of holographic film containing an image of an apple is cut in half and then illuminated by a laser, each half will still be found to contain the entire image of the apple! Even if the halves are divided again and then again, the entire apple can still be reconstructed from each small portion of the film. Unlike normal photographs, every small fragment of a piece of holographic film contains all the information recorded in the whole.”
How Does This Relate to Your Freedom and Enlightenment?
We now have a global community of quantum physicists who, using scientific lingo, saying the same thing that spiritual icons and teachers throughout all human history have been saying – that there is only one.
One what? One Source of All-That-Is. Separation of anything, of individual people, things, and places is only an illusion, and simply does not and cannot exist. A Course in Miracles states,
“We are one because each part contains Your memory, and truth must shine in all of us as one.”
This is exactly what author Talbot stated in his explanation of holography.
Once you gain this understanding of the small sliver of a part, a part that is not separate but only a representation of the unified whole, then this can and will allow your mind to grasp what True Spirituality is.
What Exactly is True Spirituality?
True spirituality can never, ever be confused with the ego’s use of the word. True spirituality exists exclusively in the realm of perfect unconditional love, truth, and oneness.
Now that may be hard to wrap your head around the concept of that since you, me – all of us, have been taught by a societal system that teaches and ingrains in our mind the exact opposite of unconditional love, truth, and oneness.
True spirituality operates exclusively in what is called the “non-dualistic” realm. Let me turn to the teachings of the modern spiritual guide, “A Course in Miracles”, which is the textbook on non-dualistic spirituality.
In this text, it is revealed to us that true reality, (not the reality we think of as this world of form and bodies), is our natural home with our Creator, with God. In our real home, at home with God, nothing is inconsistent, nothing fluctuates, and there is no sin, guilt, fear, or time. There is a reason why the home of God can effortlessly be interchanged with the term All-That-Is.
All-That-Is is exactly that – an infinite, timeless, formless existence of all that possibly could ever exist in all dimensions, and at all levels, where only unconditional love, truth, and oneness exist.
True spirituality is the place at home with our Creator where there is not, nor ever can be, any type of separation. All-That-Is is the total and complete unity of all that exists. As we currently believe we are an individual person in an individual body, to gain an understanding and acceptance of true spirituality is to understand the true holographic nature of All-That-Is.
Within your current egoic dream of being separate, it is of key importance to know that each part is the sum of the whole – it is impossible to be separate from All-That-Is no matter how much you want to believe the opposite.
“A Course in Miracles” gives an excellent example of an individual drop of water in the ocean that believes it is separate and unto itself from the greater body of water that is the ocean. Yet in an instant this tiny drop of water is integrated into the whole of the ocean, which in its reality, it is impossible for it to ever be separate from the whole.
This is the truth about yourself, about me, about All-That-Is. Therefore, when you consider what is the difference between your Higher Self, Source, the Universe, God, you quickly come to the realization that there is no difference!
In our understanding of True Spirituality, we see that in reality – true reality – it is impossible for these things to be different or separate from each other. You are one with God, the Universe, Source, with All-That-Is, and this is your True Self. Referring again to the A.C.I.M., it is stated that:
“I am as God created me. God’s Son can suffer nothing, and I am His Son.”
Author, Eckhart Tolle, sums up your holographic place in this All-That-Is in one simple statement,
“You are not IN the universe, you ARE the universe, an intrinsic part of it.”
Here in this 3D world of form and density, you perceive yourself as just a tiny slice of All-That-Is.
However, once you grasp the concept of your own holographic nature and reality, you gain the understanding that everything that exists – I mean everything – is already yours!
This is where your freedom lies and allows you to awaken to the nature of your True Self.
